sufficient yet not excessive in "size" or
capital outlay ?
The GMPBasic CD program
Scanner (optional), remember that the scanner merely
reads the 2 D bar code image on the plastic ID
tag. This is not an RFID (Radio Frequency
Identification Device). The RFID current costing
places it out of the reach of most livestock
owners, operators and industry.
The GMP ID Tags numbers can be imported via a
memory stick or via an electronic dispatch
reference number from the server into GMPBasic
A livestock owner with < 50 animals will
probably not be able to afford the EID & RFID
system
